On Halloween afternoon Ashley and I carved our pumpkin- Ashley was much more interested in taking a picture after the fact than she was with the whole carving process- she kept asking "how long 'til it's done?" She did like the finished product; eventhough I am not much of a pumpkin carver!!
It was a long day for Ashley, but then it was FINALLY time to get dressed up to go trick-or-treating. She was so excited to be a princess. Ross took both girls around the neighborhood in the wagon- Ashley went up to the doors on her own and said trick-or-treat- a very brave 3 year old!! She now gets one piece of candy each day, which is usually eaten right after breakfast!!
This afternoon we took advantage of the beautiful November weather and raked some leaves in the backyard. Ashley was all about helping to rake and then did lots of jumping and burying herself in the big pile! Alyssa had fun sitting in her stroller and watching the activity, but was not so sure about the leaves, especially when Ashley decided to throw leaves over her! It was a wonderful afternoon outside!
