Alyssa is 11 months now and is really starting to watch (and try to imitate) what Ashley is doing. It is going to be a fun summer of Alyssa wanting to do everything that she sees Ashley doing!! As you can see in these pictures, Alyssa has also grown some spiked hair! I was excited when she had hair because Ashley was over a year before she had any hair and almost 2 before she had hair you could do anything with; however, I am hoping that this spike is just new hair growth and not a colic that we will have to fight forever!! It does make for some pretty funny hairstyles, especially when she wakes up. Since it has been so nice the past couple days we have enjoyed being outside again. Alyssa sat in the grass for the first time and was not quite sure about it, but again loves to stand next to her stroller and watch Ashley play! The video is a new crawl Alyssa has started-its like a 4-legged dog walk! I think she is trying to stand and take steps, but hasn't figured out how to do that yet. She can stand alone for a few seconds, but then sits down and starts this crawl!
