1st Day of School

Today was Ashley's first day of Kindergarten at Zeeland Christian. She was very excited and did very well getting up and getting ready on time! Today was only a half day and has we were pulling in the driveway she said she wished it had been a whole day and is very ready to go back again tomorrow (for a full day!!). Alyssa was also very excited for her "first day" she needed a backpack, snack and water bottle along just like Ashley and as you can see in the pictures is very proud to be standing with Ashley ready to go! Alyssa is insistant that she is 5 and can go to school, ride the bus and do EVERYTHING that Ashley is doing- it may be a long year for Alyssa!!
On other news- we are anxiously waiting the arrival of child #3 (that should help to keep Alyssa occupied while Ashley is at school!). It could be any day- my due date is Sept. 13, but I have been early both times so far- we'll keep everyone posted!!
